The Old BreweryThis theme is reminiscent of the great old brew houses and pubs of old Ireland. It celebrates the rich culture of many hundreds of individual breweries which inhabited most towns and cities of old Ireland before the era of mass production. The decoration and overall design of the Old brewery including the bric –a-brac and memorabilia illustrates of the process and proud history of the small scale old world Irish brewing company.Recreation of the brewery theme thus encompasses special material use such as cast iron, old brick and stone walls, oak beams and the imaginative of dim up lighting.

The old brew House is full of charm and character when professionally and sympathetically restored creating a small intimate Irish Pub with a very friendly atmosphere. The Old Brewery theme is designed to recapture the glory of a fascinating age. Often adjoining the Main Hall, there is a cosy annexe bar and tranquil courtyard. The interior is usually contains cobbled floors and vaulted ceilings, rows of barrels tend to be very central to the design. The theme is very suited to basement sites and a tremendous cavernous feel is created. It is a magnificent and highly profitable theme when careful research and application is taken.
