Chris has over 20 years experience in construction and design. He has diverse experience which includes high-rise residential buildings, industrial facilities, manufacturing facilities, parking structures, museums, medical facilities, hotels, schools, churches, government facilities, retail complexes, laboratories, convention centres, sports arenas, public works, renovations, tenant improvements, investigations and seismic upgrades. As executive president Chris is responsible for the planning, design and technical direction for project activities. Chris is responsible for the overall performance of the material handling group and for the progress, technical accuracy, and timely completion of all projects.

 

 

Rory  Connolly                                                                                                              Co-Director - Marketing

 

Rory is responsible for the overall performance of the marketing and sales operation of the firm. He has extensive experience in sales and distribution services, providing material and fixtures knowledge for numerous clients. Rory has over 20 years of experience in direct sales in the construction industry and is in charge of all Internet marketing and advertising.

 

 

 

 

Eileen  Smith                                                                                                                              Senior  Architect

 

Eileen specializes in conceptual planning and design that emphasizes design authenticity within the Irish pub concept. Her extensive knowledge of spacial relationships and her conceptual creativity and sensitive solutions has brought his work recognition throughout the architectural and design communities.

 

 

 

 

 

Tony Ciconte                                                                                                                               Senior Designer

 

Tony comes to IPDDC as our Senior Project Designer with over 30 years of experience in interior architectural design. His expertise includes the coordination and management of all professional disciplines involved in designing and implementing small to large-scale projects of differing complexity. He works closely with all team members to ensure timely project completion within budget. Combining all of his experiences in the design field with his knowledge and love of Ireland results in a truly authentic Irish Pub that works for the clients.
